Early 90's

Koch Materials, the largest liquid asphalt company in the U.S.

1993 – 2005

Koch acquires, licenses, develops 9 additional technologies and begins offering field services

2005 – 2008

Company builds relationships, increases technologies and constructs world-class laboratory

Koch Materials acquires Elf Asphalt and first branded product, Stylink

2005

Koch Materials is divested to SemGroup, L.P. in June

2009

Rhone Midstream Holdings, LLC purchases IP of SemMaterials in May and forms Road Science, LLC
